Is Glasswool Insulation Safe?

Yes, glasswool insulation is “Bio Soluble” and one of the few products on the market that have been fully tested for use in and around our homes and workplaces.

The term “Bio Soluble” means the product dissolves in bodily fluids and is quickly cleared from the lungs. All batt type insulation produces a small amount of fibres when the packs are opened but Glasswool batts have been fully tested for absorption through the skin and inhaling the fibres through breathing.
