Trade Select Firesark® Micro-perforated

1350mm x 30m roll (covers 40.5m2)

Trade Select Firesark® is an extra heavy duty Class 2 Vapour Barrier suitable for use as a wall or roof product in Climate Zones 1 to 3. Also suitable for roof applications Climate Zone 4 to 8. Ideal for all Bushfire Attack Levels (BAL’s) up to BAL FZ. Ideal for use in Not suitable for use in Building Class 1, 2 and Class 4 walls in ABCB Climate Zones 4 to 8. Not suitable for use in Cathedral or Raked tile roofs located in ABCB Climate Zones 6 to 8. Firesark is UV stabilised and can be left in the elements for up to 90 days, however it is recommended to cover as early as possible to minimize the risk of damage.

The product is suitable as a vapour barrier and water barrier membrane when required on construction projects. Firesark is suitable for use where a non-combustible sarking-type material is specified in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC). Suitable as a wall wrap or roof sarking product, also usable in all BAL regions.

Firesark contributes a reflective R-value when the foil surface is positioned adjacent to an air-cavity. However if no cavity is present then this product will provide little to no added R-value.
