Class 4 Vapour permeable water barrier, for use as a house wrap on construction projects where non-drained cavities are present.

Note that with vapour permeable type products it is suggested to use the associated tapes. This is due to other tapes not having the correct amount of adhesive to adhere to the wrap. Associated tapes are also pressure-sensitive meaning you have to run something such as your hand across the face of the tape.

Enviroseal Proctorwrap RW (Residential Wall) Vapour Permeable Membrane

3000mm x 25m (covers 75.0m2)

Enviroseal Proctorwrap RW is a Class 4 Vapour Permeable wall wrap product which meets all requirements of the 2019 NCC changes. The product is suitable for construction projects with brick veneer and lightweight cladding wall systems where condensation management is required. Its suggested that when using higher rated wall and ceiling batts to use a class 4 vapour permeable product to reduce the effects of condensation. This product meets the requirements of the AS/NZS 4200.1 and is suitable for use in Australian residential applications. It also has a flammability index lower than 5 which makes it suitable for most BAL’s (bushfire Attack levels).
