Kooltherm K12 25mm thick Framing Board (R1.1)

1200mm x 2400mm sheets, 12 pieces per pack

Kooltherm K12 & its counterparts K3 Floor Board, & K10 G2 Soffit Board are all types of rigid thermoset phenolic insulation. The K12 Board has been used in wall systems where brick veneer or cladding systems are being utilized as an alternative to Glasswool Insulation. This is due to their high ratings in relation to the overall product thicknesses. Kooltherm K12 25mm is additionally Codemark Certified, and Global GreenTag GreenRate certified, which can bring peace of mind that the product is sustainably produced. Another upside to the Kooltherm range is that they are locally manufactured in Somerton VIC 3062. Kooltherm has the added benefit of being 100% reusable as long as care is taken when removing/reinstalling the product. Used in conjunction with the Thermakraft Watergate plus wall wrap the Kooltherm K12 Framing Board will help to provide 7 star Energy Ratings and negate the need for higher ceiling insulation.
