Description
Enviroseal ProctorWrap CW is a light duty, triple layer spun bond Class 4 vapour permeable wall wrap. With a higher tensile strength & material gsm weight than its RW counterpart it is ideal as a commercial grade wrap in all construction. At 10.7kg per roll it is a tough yet light option, easy to handle during installation and printed with a 150mm lap line making alignment of overlaps simple. Enviroseal Proctorwrap CW is suitable for both wind region A & B for Hebel high applications when used with Plastigrip Washers.

- Reduced Draughts through windows and doors by sealing the building against the respective frames by using the Hightack Tape.
- Increased Energy Efficiency: Whilst minimal Proctorwrap CW does provide a small amount of thermal resistance.
- Vapour Permeability: Often referred to as breathability being a Class 4 Vapour permeable Proctorwrap CW has the highest classification in this field
- Weather resistance: this is the main reason for using this product, you are putting a physical barrier between the framing of the building and the outside weather.
- Early Lock Up, as the product is installed it is essentially creating a physical barrier between the inside and outside of the building. The majority of building inspectors will consider the building locked up, meaning the next stage payment is able to be claimed. Check with your inspector however as not all will accept this as locked up.
