Optimo underfloor insulation will provide a barrier to reduce heat loss and cold draughts. Optimo reduces draughts that enter through gaps in the flooring, keeping the homes more comfortable and energy efficient.

Acoustically superior

Sound can enter your home anywhere that air can. External noise can also be transferred through a suspended timber floor. Bradford Optimo is an excellent sound absorber. Not only will it help reduce noise entering your home from outside, it will also dampen the sound of foot traffic and give timber floors a more solid feel. The results speak for themselves. If reducing sound transmission through flooring is important then Bradford Optimo is the best insulation down under.

Bradford Optimo Saddles are designed to hold underfloor insulation in place in new build installation.

All Bradford Optimo Fixing Saddles and straps are recommended to be spaced every 500mm along the joist to ensure the batts are properly supported.
