Thermoseal™ Wall Wrap 1500mm, is a tough medium duty weather barrier designed to increase your homes weather resistance. An added benefit of the wall wrap is that it helps to shield your project from dust and wind-driven rain during construction. Depending on your building surveyor you may also be able to get lock up stage payments early once the product has been installed. Ideal for use in residential and commercial brick veneer construction, but not suitable for lightweight cladding. For lightweight cladding we recommend using a class 4 vapour permeable product to meet current NCC requirements. For Class 4 Vapour permeable products see HERE.
Thermoseal paired with tapes minimize draughts around windows and doors. This can also reduce the amount of escaping air, making your home cooler in summer, and warmer in winter. As it is a weather barrier product, once installed you will be able to have trade such as electricians and plumbers working on site prior to any brickwork or cladding being installed.
Reduce Delays Caused By Bad Weather
Wrapping provides a tough weather barrier allowing tradies to access the site before brickwork or cladding has been applied. This can greatly reduce delays and therefore speed up construction considerably. It also protects the timber frame from rain preventing structural decay and damage.
