Kooltherm K10 G2 100mm Soffit Board is an Australian made fibre free Closed-cell insulation ideal for use in ceilings and/or floors. Kooltherm K10 Soffit board is also a sustainable product and is Global Green Tag certified at Greenrate level C. The make-up of the product is an upper tissue facing, a phenolic core, and a lower reflective aluminum facing (also available in white). Commonly used above car park ceilings this product provides a good R-value for minimal cavity. Kooltherm is also a good product for increasing fire ratings due to a spread of flame index of 0 and a smoke developed index of under 3.
To decrease the amount of time required to install you should look to install prior to services. This will reduce the amount of cutting in and around things like pipes and cables, and also reduce the cost to tape up the penetrations.
