Overview
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All non-stocked items may have administration charges if returned as well as restocking fees if the return is accepted. If we do not accept returns, the item will have details of “no returns” listed in the description of the product displayed.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@insulationessentials.com.au and send your item to: 56 Yellowbox Drive Craigieburn Vic 3064.
Shipping returns
To return your product you should mail your product to: 56 Yellowbox Drive Craigieburn Vic 3064.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As most of our items are generally very bulky, we do have our own shipping that can pick up and return items for a refund. Similar charges apply as to your initial delivery charge when purchased and is non-refundable. These pick up charges would also be deducted from your refund.
Non Stocked/ Special Orders
WARNING: If purchasing non stocked or special order items, please ensure quantities are accurate. Some of our suppliers do accept returns, but have administration charges and restocking fees, restocking fees can be as high as 30%, plus you will also get pick up charges similar to your initial delivery charge if we have to pick up stock from site.
Some suppliers do not accept returns, and as non stocked special order items they are not able to be returned. If this is the case, it will be detailed in the description of the product you have purchased online.
Over ordering is not a valid reason for returning stock, so please ensure your quantities are accurate when ordering as returns are not accepted if the product/s are simply over ordered.
