Bradford Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP 1350mm is a medium duty weather barrier used with brick veneer walls in high humidity climate zones. Wall Wrap XP has an outward facing semi–reflective surface that provides additional R-Value when facing a cavity in brick veneer walls. Not only does Wall Wrap XP provide excellent weather protection it also improves the thermal performance of the wall. Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP is ideal for use in residential and commercial brick veneer construction. This product is not recommended for lightweight clad.

Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP – Moisture Barrier for Brick Veneer Construction

Bradford Thermoseal Wall Wrap XP 1350mm is a medium-duty weather barrier designed for brick veneer applications in high-humidity areas. With a semi-reflective face, this wall wrap improves thermal performance when installed next to an air cavity. It is ideal for both residential and commercial buildings where reducing heat transfer and moisture ingress is critical. However, it is not recommended for lightweight cladding.

Thermal Wall Wrap That Enhances Energy Efficiency

This thermal reflective wall wrap works to stabilise internal temperatures by adding valuable R-Value to external walls. When combined with Bradford Thermoseal tape systems, it creates a tight seal around window and door frames, helping to stop draughts and reduce air leakage. As a result, the building becomes more comfortable and energy-efficient all year round.

Fire-Rated Wall Wrap for BAL Zones

The Thermoseal XP wall wrap is also suitable for BAL-rated (Bushfire Attack Level) regions, offering added peace of mind in fire-prone areas. It contributes to overall wall protection while maintaining breathability and thermal resistance.
